蛋白质分离和纯化的新武器
离子交换层析和离子交换色谱法是分离纯化蛋白最常用的方法，德国Sartorius利用以上技术巧妙设计出离子交换膜吸附柱（Vivapure）和离子交换膜正压滤器（Sartobind）用于分离纯化蛋白质，并克服了传统方法费时长、操作复杂、设备昂贵等不足。用德国Sartorius设计的产品分离和纯化蛋白速度快、操作简单、而且目标蛋白纯度大收率高。
